It takes courage to reach out for help when life gets tough. My mission is to remove the stigma of seeking mental health support because I am passionate about the powerful and lasting change counseling can make in people’s lives.

My approach to counseling is integrative and tailored to your individual needs. A few things hold true in my work with all clients. First of all, a strong therapeutic relationship is foundational. Study after study shows that the most important factor in a successful counseling outcome is a connection with your counselor and feeling seen and heard. I am attentive to this need and care genuinely about the well-being of my clients. Additionally, I draw from evidence-based approaches to counseling such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness.

I offer a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space where you can be seen, heard, and understood. Together we will identify your strengths, find hope, and achieve goals towards the life you desire and deserve. I consider it a privilege to hold space for meaningful change and to help my clients find healing and purpose.
